Giffels Corporation Expands into Western Canada
Toronto, ON – April 7, 2010 – Today, the Ingenium Group of companies completed the purchase of Westpro Constructors Group Ltd. of Surrey, BC. This acquisition will merge Westpro with Ingenium’s construction division, comprising Giffels Corporation, Giffels Infrastructure Inc., Giffels Partnership Solutions and Design & Construction Giffels Québec Inc.
The addition of Westpro will complement and expand Giffels’ diversified range of services and expertise in construction, design-build and partnership solutions coast to coast.
