Giffels Corporation, is an employee-owned company providing Construction, Design-Build and Partnership Solutions. The firm was founded in 1949 when the Detroit office of Giffels & Valet opened an office in Windsor, Ontario to support the company's growing industrial base. Since then we have built significant confidence with our clients who have come to expect that Giffels will save money, outperform benchmarks, and deliver value on every project. Giffels supports the principles of sustainable developments. We were the lead proponent on a design-build team for the first certified LEED® Silver commercial office building in Toronto for SAS Institute Inc. Since then the firm has been committed to LEED and the benefits it provides to the environment as well as the long term cost savings that our clients achieve on their projects.
