Dinec is a North American leader in the manufacturing of personalized home furnishings with a just-in-time fabrication methodology. Dinec approached Giffels with the challenge of designing a new plant for the complex wood finishing's on a piece by piece assembly.

Giffels developed the turnkey project based on Dinec's present requirements, as well as their future needs. This included the design of the optimal production layout for the process equipment, the design and construction of the facility, as well as the design, selection and installation of all the process equipment. The completed project was designed to incorporate Dinec's additional production lines within the present facility and a future office component.

The process equipment included a conveying system, paint line to supply 48 different paint colors, paint booths, flash-off and drying tunnels, humidification system, dust collection as well as a complex ventilation system.

Giffels completed the construction and installation of the process equipment within 4 months.
