This multi-tenant facility developed for Daniels Capital Group consists of 34,000 sq. ft. of finished office interiors and 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse and distribution space.

Hitachi Canada Inc., negotiated a lease with Giffels Design-Build Inc. and Daniel Capital for the construction of its new Canadian Head Office. Hitachi re-organized its administrative and distribution operations in Toronto and consolidated them into this flex office space facility in January 2004.

A more efficient office layout improved Hitachi’s space utilization and also permitted Hitachi an opportunity to update their interior leasehold improvements without business interruption.

Giffels was successful in designing and constructing this facility on-time and under budget in less than 12 months.
