Kinderville, the largest private childcare operator on the South Shore of Montreal, mandated Giffels to oversee their facilities expansion. Scope of work involved 7 different sites, including 4 new childcare centres and the expansion of 3 existing facilities.

Each new 6,000 sf childcare centre was fast-tracked in order to meet the clients critical September start-up. Construction was completed within 4 months with certain renovations requiring detailed scheduling and coordination in order to avoid any disruptions to the existing operations.

These completed projects added 181 new childcare spaces and a total of 30,000 sf.
