Princess Auto Limited is a Canadian retailer of quality hardware and tools, with locations from coast to coast, including a mail order service and manufacturing division. Rapid growth in Ontario resulted in the need for additional retail facilities. Giffels first project in 2001 was designed and constructed on a 2.4-acre site on Dixie Road in Mississauga, to serve clients in the west part of the Gretater Toronto Area (GTA). The facility was designed to maintain and resect the overall corporate branding for Princess Auto. The interior of the facility includes retail areas, offices, and warehouse space.

Since the first project for Princess Auto, Giffels have designed and built additional locations throughout Ontario. Project scope varies depending on location and site, with stores ranging from 24,000 sf to 32,500 sf.
