Giffels, together with Gamsby and Mannerow, is conducting the design and construction administration for the upgrade of the water treatment plants at Camborne and Creighton Heights, in the Township of Hamilton. At Creighton Heights, the project includes increasing the plant capacity with the addition of a new well, upgrading the treatment facilities to increase filtration capacity for iron and manganese removal, new waste handling facilities and laboratory, and SCADA upgrades. At Camborne, the project involves contructing a new reservoir and a control building to house new filtration equipment for iron and manganese removal, and SCADA system upgrades.
