Joe Bendici has 20 years of project management experience. He is responsible for all aspects of the project including: design, SPA, building permits, tendering, subtrade awards, scheduling, project management, client and consultant liaison, collection of letter credits and preparation of project manuals and close out documents.

As Project Manager, Joe is responsible for the construction of the project from obtaining permits and sub trades at the very start, right through to the commissioning phase upon completion.
