After responding to Accreditation Canada’s Expression of Interest, Giffels was awarded the contract for the development and construction of their new head office. Giffels identified and secured two potential properties, hired the professionals, prepared the preliminary design and presented a full turnkey development/construction proposal on the two properties to Accreditation Canada. Once Accreditation Canada selected the property on Cyrville Road with close proximity to both transit and highway access, Giffels negotiated and finalized on the land. Working closely with Accreditation Canada, Giffels developed an efficient and flexible design for a 3-storey building with a 4th floor expansion incorporated into the design in order to meet future growth. During construction, Accreditation Canada confirmed the need for the additional floor.
