Giffels design and constructed this 3-storey office development accommodates up to 200 of Altana Pharma's staff. The 25 ft x 25 ft building grid provides the company with a first class working environment for its growing Canadian operations with a major presence on the QEW and excellent signage visibility to over 50,000 commuters per day. This project was developed from offer stage through occupancy in less then 18 months.
