Emmerson Office Complex / AOL/RCMP/Exxon Mobil / Moncton NB178,600 square feet
Emmerson Business and Technology Park is located in the centre of Moncton adjacent to the downtown core. Once fully developed, the 60-acre site will contain 500,000 sf of information technology and customer service office space. Giffels designed and constructed 3 office buildings (two 2-storey and one 3-storey) which accommodate tenants such as AOL Canada, the RCMP "J" Division, and Exxon Mobil. The three storey office is Atlantic Canada’s first privately built Green building and at the time of completion, only the second certified building in New Brunswick.
