Giffels partnered with a third party investor to negotiate the offer, lease, design and construction of the new Canadian Head Office for Kellogg. Located in Mississauga’s Airport Corporate Centre, this transaction enabled Giffels to monetize its remaining land holdings at Creekbank Road and Matheson Boulevard. The Kellogg project features a dramatic entrance, lobby atrium, access floor system, internalized national data centre, fitness facility, and a combination conference facility and cafeteria space.
