Phase 1 is situated on 3 acres of a 6-acre lot. The development forms part of an overall 100-acre industrial park located at the intersection of Meadowpine and Meadowvale Boulevards. The site is located within minutes of Highways 401, 403, 407 and 410. Giffels designed and constructed the project which was 90% leased prior to substantial completion of the building shell. The project is tenanted by Simmons Canada and the Sandvik Group, a global industrial company. Meadowpine is constructed with a white roof system designed to have an energy efficiency 25% greater than the industry standard. The project is anticipated to receive a LEED® Certified rating.
