Vollmer Recreation Centre / Town of LaSalle / LaSalle ON125,000 square feet
Vollmer Recreation Centre consists of a 22,000 sf themed leisure pool, two NHL size arenas with seating for 1,000 and 300, a 4,000 sf multi-purpose room, 2000 sf seniors centre, and a 10,000 sf fitness facility with a running/walking track. Giffels constructed this facility on a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract. This facility was built to LEED® Certified standards should the Town choose to have the project certified.
