Giffels designed and is currently constructing a new, 4-pad arena consisting of 3 NHL size arenas, and one Olympic pad that will accommodate 1,000 spectator seats and which can be converted to NHL size if required. The facility provides the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Toronto Marlies with an ideal location that is both close to the Air Canada Centre and Toronto Pearson International Airport. It includes professional change rooms and weight training facilities for both teams, as well as offices for the teams staff. Included is a full service public restaurant and Hockey Hall of Fame Library and Archives and food and beverage concessions.
