Giffels provided professional management services for physical implementation and construction related issues during the development and execution phases. The project is comprised of 160 independent seniors units in a 13-storey condominium tower and 3-storey garden flats connected to a 10-storey, 140-unit rental retirement complex. Amenities include a full-service spa with pool, bowling alley, health club, a conservatory, diner, pub, multiple dining rooms and one level of underground parking. Giffels provided value engineering and costing details throughout each stage of construction, obtaining all construction related permits including signage, encroachment, loading, access, excavation, foundation, building and final occupancy. Giffels involvement concluded with unit occupancy and fulfillment of Tarion obligations.
