Giffels is currently involved in multiple retail sites across Ontario. Some of our developments include; Carleton Place Retail Plaza (180,000), Cornwall Retail Power Centre (818,000 sf), East Gwillimbury (96,865 sf), Hawkesbury Retail Power Centre (751,000 sf), Lancaster Retail Plaza and Hazeldean Retail Plaza (117,820 sf). With each project there are unique site requirements, zoning/permitting issues and profitability ratios that need to be achieved. Larger projects have been designed with plenty of flexibility to accommodate anchor tenants. The use of different building materials has been incorporated to emphasize and accentuate the individuality of each tenant and well as to create a visual interest for passing pedestrians and motorists.
