Hardware Retail Outlet / Princess Auto Limited / Multiple Locations ON 244,000 square feet
Princess Auto is a Canadian retailer of quality hardware and tools, with locations from coast to coast, including a mail order service and manufacturing division. Rapid growth in Ontario resulted in the need for additional retail outlets. Giffels first project in 2001 was designed and constructed on a 2.4-acre site in Mississauga, to serve clients in the west part of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Recently Giffels constructed a 20,000 sf addition to this location. Since the first project for Princess Auto, Giffels has designed and built additional locations throughout Ontario. Project scope varies depending on location and site, with stores ranging from 24,000 sf to 33,000 sf.
